Out and About Activities
Outings and Tours
We have regular day outings to some wonderful locations in and around Sydney and include morning tea and lunch. Travel is normally by tourist class air conditioned coach but some trips may include travel by train and/or ferry.
Some of the locations visited on day outings in recent times are :
Brisbane Water Cruise - Art Gallery of N.S.W. – Convict Women's Trail Parramatta - Lucas Heights - Hawkesbury River Mail Run.
We also have extended tours at other times on a non-regular basis, on average about two per year. These tours vary from three or four days to a week or ten days and are conducted by bona fide tourist companies and include all travel, accommodation and meals.
Some of the extended tours in recent times are: Croatia, Italy, Japan, South Australia - Murray River and Kangaroo Island.

Theatre
We have a theatre group which organises group bookings to selected live theatre shows throughout the year and also subscription seasons to the Pymble Players and the Ensemble Theatre. |

Walks
Social walks are held on the first Friday of each month at selected locations around Sydney, reached normally by car but sometimes by train and/or ferry and include lunch and a morning tea break. These walks are very relaxed and carefully selected to suit the fitness level of our members. |
